You need to be a working tradesman with verifiable experience. We'll ask for proof of trade (e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC, or equivalent) during sign-up. No formal teaching qualification needed.
All learners sign a waiver before attending. We also contribute to a platform insurance fund. You should still have your own public liability insurance as normal โ which most tradesmen already carry.
Absolutely. You review every applicant before confirming. If someone doesn't seem like a good fit, just decline โ no explanation needed.
Payment is collected from the learner upfront when they book. Your earnings (minus the 15% platform fee) are released to you the morning of the session.
If a learner cancels within 24 hours or is a no-show, you still receive 50% of the day rate as a cancellation fee. Your time is valuable.
